Has anyone tried doing a burnout with Advanced Traction Control off (holding the traction control button down)

I could only find one video of someone attempting to do a burnout on asphalt (they couldn't) but I think they had traction control on.

I do miss them. When I saw this I couldn't help but to think "how'd they get home?"

I was able to do donuts on my RWD Premium, but burnouts definitely did not work. I really wish they offered similar to drift mode on Teslas, especially for the AWD. I miss the tail happiness of the RWD models, its all just a bit flip of allowing the front motor to get power or not.

Does s brake stand work? I tried a bit once, AWD, but the brakes were holding and I could feel the car getting ready to overcome them.

Have you tried?

FWIW, I can’t do a burnout (stay still and spin), but it will spin the tires if i floor it at any speed under 30 mph in my GTPE.

Have you tried it with Advanced traction control off? You have to hold the traction control button down and then it will show, that should fully remove any restrictions (at least it does in the regular mustang).

Yes.

Won’t work in any AWD vehicle. You need brakes to keep you from moving.

I have turned that off, but you loose OPD and the car throws so many alerts I end up flipping it back, I am too used to OPD to start doing power slides and fish tailing without it.

Not a proper burnout, I can't get the brakes and gas to work at the same time. However, it will absolutely squeal and break the backend loose if you floor it from a stop, especially around a turn. Makes the Select RWD a really fun drive.
