Where can I check status on Tesla adaptor order?

I ordered the adaptor a couple months ago and I received the confirmation through the FordPass app. Now when I go into the app, I see no evidence that the adapter was even ordered, and no email confirmations were sent.
Does anyone know the best way to get a status?

You should have received an email after placing the order. The email should include a link to your order status. Hope this helps.

That has seemed to work for most everyone. If you don't have the confirmation email, then I would reach out to Ford directly.

Yep, just called customer service who were very helpful. Confirmed my reservation was received. The CSR told me some interesting stuff regarding Ford’s website and FordPass:

Supposedly owners can go to “connected services” on their Ford Pass app and check their reservation status by number and estimated arrival date.

But two things: Ford is having issues with this software and I can’t find connected services on my app. Those are some of the problems. Also, the CSR told me that no decision has been made yet on when the first chargers will be mailed out.

At least I found out my reservation was received even though I never got a confirmation email.

Confirmation email is probably in your junk / spam folders.

I highly doubt that they're waiting on a "decision" or there's "discussion" on when to send out the adapters. They'll send them when they get them. The first orders were always estimated to ship in April, so we've got a while before anything can be considered late.

For anyone else that comes across this thread, the Email subject is "Your Fast Charging Adapter is reserved"

I searched for Ford in my inbox and came up with WAY to many hits, but did find it.

When I was at the dealership on Monday, one of the sales guys was checking to make sure I had signed up for mine and said he had received a notification that his adapter would ship in September and showed me the confirmation notification. He pulled that up I believe in the Ford Pass App.

I just checked on the Mustang Club's website about the status of my adapter. It says that despite being number 28797 my delivery is STILL "August 2024". How can that be? I thought there was some kind of delay. Does that mean that my round the world driving trip is still on for Sept. 1?
