I'm a new 2023 Job 2. What model are you?
I'm also a 2023 Job 2 - I'm not sure that this issue is worth bringing it in for service if it seems like there's nothing that can be done about it. Still trying to determine if this is expected behavior or not, and it seems like reports are a bit conflicting.

The sad part about that wireless charging tray is the pad that were used to put over the pad itself means it's very difficult for the phone to actually find the spot where in charge and if you have a larger phone such as one of the iPhone max phones it's very tricky and doesn't stay charging it's a complete waste of technology sad I wish there was a good workaround if anybody has any ideas let me know
