Just had this happen to me after HVBJB replacement. Switched off car and 1 pedal drive came back. Won't be driving the Mach E till this gets resolved...

My HVBJV got replaced a few months ago. Last night, out of the blue I got the one pedal fault message, and I was driving at a low speed (less than 25 on a side road) and immediately the car lunged forward, I took the foot off the accelerator but still the car wouldn’t slow down until it did a block or two later. The one pedal drive slide button was grayed out. Stopped, turned power on an off, and it still was grayed out. In addition, which i never experienced before in this car, the brakes would make a screeching noise when coming to a full stop at a light.
