I got an email today (6/14/24) from @Ford Motor Company thanking me for my patience and encouraging me to check on status. So, I logged into Ford.com and my order page still shows original ship date of July 2024 for my order (#22003).... and there is no change on the page, still shows July.
so why tell me to check, or bother to thank me for my patience since we are still before my original estimated date of 'July'?
A survey dialog popped up, and I filled it out... basically telling them that my visit to the site was a waste of my time as there was no update on the est ship date.
...and even stranger, I just went back again, logged in, and all pages under my account are blank now ! no content !!
