I've had issues with Eibach products on my 67 Camaro and my 05 and 08 Evo's. Wouldn't touch them with a ten foot pole.

Would probably help if you said what you used and what the problems were. Gives people an idea of what to look for and if it relates at all to past products.

So for the wheels, I used Vinyl for now. I wanted something I could apply while I decide if I want to powder coat them in the color. Kind of a test run as I wanted the rest to stay black. I like the two tone of the wheels with the Dark Matter Grey.

The Vinyl cost me $60 for a full set. I actually bought two sets in case any go bad and I can replace as I go. Made sure I cleaned them up good before applying and they have lasted well, even through Chicago winters with the salt. Only changed one (and I mean individual decal not the whole wheels set) out so far in about 12 months. The color was gunmetal. I will likely keep doing it for a while as it was cheaper than powder coating for now and looks good.

Bought it from https://www.brainexplodermerch.com
That link is an airsoft site. Is that where you purchased the vinyl? Nice to see you are shooting things, though! Next, real bullets.

Well, I’ve had the exact opposite experience.

2002, 2007 F150, 2011 Ranger, 2014 Escape, 2016 Focus RS, 2020, GT500, 2021 Mach-E Premium and GTPE, 2023 Maverick all have had some suspension components I’ve installed and at the end of this month will be installing sway bars and lowering springs in a 2023 Mazda MX-5.

I’ve had them custom make sway bar end links, and front strut supports. Their customer service has been one of the best I’ve ever encountered and I always get a return call within the same day, sometimes in the evenings. I’ve been a very happy customer for over 20+ years.

What do you think a business would charge you to put this kit on, not the sway bars, but the lower kit only?

That is a tough one Jerry. People here have been getting quotes from $400-$1000. Several of us have installed them ourselves but you do need a spring compressor and a decent set of tools. Takes me 2.5-3 hours by myself, less if I have help. I figure a shop that knows what they are doing shouldn't take any longer than that for sure. Get several estimates. I would never pay over $500 for a job like that.

Thanks! I might give it a shot. Although the silver contrast has really grown on me. And more than one woman has said how much they like them. And really, isn't it all about that, in the end? ?
We have that Matchbox car thing going, which is the only reason I still have these wheels on here :)

Dude, we have so much in common regarding the appearance of our GTs, from the pin stripes to the wheels. I have considered greying out the silver, just like you did, but have never done it. Now I get to see what it looks like! Great minds think alike! Did you use vinyl?

I also have 255s, and so was wondering what lowering would look like. Now I know!

Thanks for sharing! It looks great!
BTW, I should give credit where credit is due, the pinstripes on the side I stole from you when I saw you did it. I was not sure what I wanted, as I did not want a racing stripe. This was subtle enough to add a touch of color on the DMG. My wife actually really digs it and compliments that addition a lot when seeing other MachEs that do not have it

I just haven’t gotten around to getting over to space Age paints to browse for a color of blue I want, it’s coming though, soon.

I’ve been off this forum for the past 6 months working on my other DD and missed this new remedy to improve the ride quality. I have a ‘21 Premium AWD ER. I just want to confirm with the group you are referring to the Eibach Pro-Kit EV springs (https://eibach.com/product/E10-35-054-03-22). I see they also have a more aggressive drop from the sport line and a lifted spring set on their site.

FYI - they are running a 4th of July sale till 7/12 for 10% off the entire site so I’ll probably pick up the sway bar set as well.

You don't want those springs, you want the GT lowering springs Part# E10-35-054-04-22 Pro-Kit
https://eibach.com/eps-search?pf=PRO-KIT&year=2022&make=Ford&model=Mustang+Mach-E&submodel=GT+AWD+|+Excludes+vehicles+w/+MagneRide+Damping+System

Progressive springs are what you need for both front and rear to give you the smoother ride.
In this post ( #32 ) I have the specs on the Eibach springs. Also you don't want the SportLine springs as they will lower the car more than you probably want. The ProLine already lowers the car a little over 1".

I have installed those GT lowering springs on several member's premium Mach-E's and all have been very happy with them.

I've finally met 2 curbs with the front of my Premium and these springs. Each time I braced for the worst only to find out I skimmed over the top of the curb. These were bigger than your average curb by about 2 inches. The few minor scuffs on the underside of my front bumper I can live with in exchange for the ride quality improvements.

Also the drop measurements are aboiut .5 inch difference only because the GT is already .5 inches lower than a non-gt. Reality is I see a hair over 1 inch drop from stock using the GT pro-kit. The progressive rear will help lessen that kidney punch from the seat that the premium MME is known for.
