Will this make it so it just respects the setting in the car? Or I’m bound to modifying it only in Forscan?
FORScan will fully disable it. There is no way to adjust the sensitivity as far as I know.
Not sensitivity, just for the car to respect the setting for speed assist. Currently have it off, doesn’t do anything for speed limits but slows me down on curves. I guess I’ll just do this since I don’t see myself using it, wish there was a way to have the setting actually work though.
Same for me. With the setting switched to off on the touch screen, it is far less aggressive and almost tolerable, but it still slows you down on curves.
That comes with IPC update 6.8.0. For many people, that update is not showing for them; not even with FDRS. You-know-who on the ICE forums can help you side-load it with FORScan if you want it. It takes 6 hours to do.
I have it applied, not sure if I got it OTA or if I did it via FDRS. Maybe I'll reach out to him for guidance.
I don't think it was pulled. It is simply just not showing for some people.
If your IPC is on the -FCC strat, then you have it. Keep in mind the animation for the F150 are not as pretty as what the EV's get.
Any way you can share the Lightning FORScan configuration for Lane changing. I have 6.8 and successfully configured glare free headlights.
Is the truck fully updated with FDRS? It must have all the ADAS modules fully up to date.
Thank you—I have never used FDRS myself. I am told that all the ADAS modules are up to date. Ford dealership said they updated all FDRS software including CSP 24B56 & 24P24 as of 9/18/2024. The 23 Lightning lariat does have Pro Trailer Hitch Assist (I have never used it) & when activated looks for a trailer. Equipment group 511A. No current DTC. I have been using FORScan since 2012. Do you need a VIN?
Yea, PM me the VIN and I'll check it out tomorrow. Even if you dont use it, it needs to be taken into account.
