BC 1.3 isn’t working

Hey all,

im hoping someone here can help me with this weird issue.

a few months ago I completed the new BC1.3 update. Since then nothing seems to have changed and my BC acts as it did in 1.2. I have driven hundreds of KM’s on the highway in every situation and have never been prompted to auto change lanes like I have seen in some BC1.3 videos.

does something need to be activated in order to turn it on? Is there a way to roll back and redo the update?

side note: I did the mod where I activated my foot activated tail gate and I’m driving a 2022 Mach-e select.

The only time it prompts that a lane change is possible is if the car in front of you is going decently slow, and the lane next to you is open…for awhile.

Most normal people would have switched lanes way before it prompts you.

The first question is whether you have the slider on the sync screen to turn on Lane Change Assist. If you don't have the slider, then I think potentially one of the modules didn't update.

If after you do enable it in settings and don’t have the two arrows next to you car in BC then there is something wrong

Like someone else said, you have to be a) in a Blue Zone, b) behind someone who's going much slower than your set speed (by like -10 MPH) for like 20+ seconds and c) other lane has to be clear. Then it will say "Lane Change Possible" but you still have to initiate the lane change manually. Most people will change lanes long before that shows up. The only time I notice it is when I'm waiting in the right lane to exit behind slow traffic.

So I don’t have those sliders in the driving assistance tab. It looks like I will need to enable them through forscan… can any one help me with that?

I would gladly change my blue cruise 1.3 to the earlier version. Yes, the turn signal lane change is great but my 1.3 now sees traffic speed signs that do not exist
It does not misread signs because there is absolutely nothing there when I look in my side mirror. Yes, I know that I can turn that feature off however, because of the constant speed limit changes on country roads, I always leave it on.
