Load Balancing is broken, again.

Was fine for 2 years, they broke software in 2023. They don't care about retail customers.

Software is coded somewhere like India. Support is Spain.

I see. Mine have been working pretty good, so I haven’t experienced their customer service. I have 2 40s. I agree that the screwed up the software.

Do you load balance? If not, it is just crappy software.

I blew the breaker 2 weeks ago when both pulled full power. Michigan Attorney General went after them on my behalf, they were unresponsive. I just filed a complaint with US Consumer Product Safety Commission.

No. I have one for each car on separate 50A breakers.

That sucks. We have load balancing set up on our two Wallboxes, and it works well. Ordered one from Fisker to have installed at my in-law's house.

Generally whenever you purchase an item it comes with warranty protection however with the potential demise of Fisker I’m wondering if this is a liquidation type sale with no warranty etc.

Exactly my thoughts.

I’m not worried about the Fisker logo.

It’s more like ANYTHING Fisker (including the cars).

If it breaks you throw it away.

It also has a Wallbox logo on it. I assume the warranty is through them and Fisker is just the seller.
