FordPass roll windows down function disappeared

You must be within BT range of the car. It's part of a sub-menu under the BT Controls button. ?? I just had to use it last week because an HVAC start set the heat to full blast (even though the temperature was set to 70) on a 95 degree day. ??

I am within bluetooth range and the option isn't there anymore. the update applied the other day and now the window roll down function is gone. all it shows under bluetooth controls is the frunk and rear hatch release.

the update by the way is ECG-24.2.4.10

Edit: Also received OTA ECG-24.2.4.10 the other day. How the hell does every update screw something else up?

Up to three people reporting this… Wonder if it’s a buggy OTA. I got slightly different version of this update (included a .2 at the end of the version number) and have not had this issue

Just had the the update, Didn't notice that I lost the window control option. Must be part of the Software updates designed to help make your vehicle better over time

Yeah, they’re gone for me too after that update completed. Job 1 ‘23 here.

Last time I checked, the key fob still lowered the windows with a double press. Presuming it still does so, problem solved.
