Been having an issue the last few days.
Began overnight on Friday when I plugged my car in (I have a Tesla Universal Charger). I noticed that the FordPass did not show that the car was charging yet the Tesla app did.
Since then FordPass won’t update range, location, etc. I am also not able to lock, unlock, remote start the car via the app.
I have disconnected FordPass from the settings in the car, Force closed the app, Deleted the app. Deleted PAAK. Set up PAAK again, restarted Sync and nothing seems to work. I also noticed that when I go to WIFI settings it’s not finding any connections. My garage is attached and finding my home wifi wasn’t an issue prior to these issues.
Any suggestions? Thanks!
