My VIN shows up on palsapp, and my MME hasn't even been built yet.
I thought I had saw some folks mention this. I'm just anxious to know if mine is left out in the cold/delayed forever or just has some other means of shipping planned.

Others including me have seen delivery to/through Kansas City. Definitely CA, both North and South. Probably other points in the West I can't remember. IIRC for NorCal it was Argentine Ramp in KC Kansas (rail?). For SoCal it was Speedway Kansas (truck?).
Union Pacific System Map. Kansas City Mo. is on the map.

Seems to me that a fairly large group of ME's should be pretty much ready to ship by now. We're coming up on 2 weeks since the holiday break was over, so it would seem there should be a finished bunch parked and ready to go any day now. But the transports could be backed up elsewhere I suppose. We'll know when we know.

Yeah, I doubt shipping all MMEs to KC first just to get them out of Mexico and into the US was the original plan.
I believe that was actually the plan all along. When OKTB didn't go as hoped then alternate plans were explored but ultimately it didnt come to pass so the original plan remained.

There were some exceptions. There is a method for dealers to arrange for their own shipping and some dealers took that opportunity where it made sense for them to do so.

Supposition is that palsapp only covers deliveries in the eastern half of the US
I'm in CA and my vehicle has a ticket on palsapp.

Looking at Kansas City Kansas as the link point. I expected transport by rail. It's the destination of "Speedway" which is fueling my speculation of trailer transport. There is a Speedway in Kansas City Kansas but it's a racetrack not a rail yard. LOL There is a rail yard less than 10 miles away, so maybe that's it.

I think there is still a significant number of Mach-E's sitting around the plant that were built before Christmas that haven't shipped (e.g. mine LOL).

I am expecting another train load to leave the plant on the 15th or 16th. Let's see if that actually happens. ?

My Update:
Was finally able to get through to my dealer. I advised that I received an email from Ford stating that my car had shipped and should be arriving around the end of the month. He told me that he looked in his system (Webdo) and could only see that it was built, not shipped. He said that he'd email the region rep and get an updated status. Later in the day, he emailed me the region rep's response to his email. She said that I should trust my email from Ford over the Webdo status. When I further looked at his email the dealer sent to the region rep, I noticed he gave her the WRONG VIN number and order number. Uggh. Of course he did. I emailed the Region Rep to advise her of my real VIN and Order Numbers. She said she would inquire about the status (what train) and let me know. This was Monday, and I haven't heard back yet. I don't expect to. NOTE: For the first time, I can actually see Mach-E graphics (of the car) when I log on to the FordPass App and the Ford tracking sites. Normally the photo area has been blank.

UPDATE: The regional sales manager (super nice lady by the way) emailed me back and said they are showing that my car is "on the ramp" (whatever that means), and will arrive in VA on 1 Feb. She added that she will try to get it here sooner if she can (not holding my breath, but very nice of her to say).
I have to say...as much as I've crapped on my dealer, this manager is superb. She'll get high remarks on my survey.

I'm tracking my dealer's FCTP now as it is in transit. It appears to be going through KC, as the VIN shows KC as the Origin on palsapp. I was hoping that cars headed to the NW might go a shorter route.
