Updating yourself with FDRS does not prevent you from getting OTA's when new updates are released. It is just a matter of waiting your turn once new updates shows up as a pending update for your VIN. FORScan changes will not prevent OTA's either. All you did was speed up Ford's OTA process by doing it yourself.I’m wondering if there will be much if any support for those of us that push the updates ourselves. If we FDRS + Forscan can we un- Forscan?
I know we wouldn’t be able to downgrade back to 1.2. As it stands I have pretty good BC without the wonky IPC. But I’d like the stability (if it’s more stable) of 1.3, could care less probably about lane change. BC1.5 video shows 4 blinks and not only just 4 blinks of the signal but that the car actually moved in that amount of time.
It is not posted publicly, but if your car is updated, message him or me or anyone that has done it and they can share the FORScan changes with you.Is there a list with pics of the flags that need changed to enable?
