Hey everyone I have been seen an issue more frequent now where the rate of charging on my lvl2 juicebox, starts at like 1.5kw and slowly increases to say 6.5kw. At this rate the car does not get to my designated 90% level. Some nights it does it while others it doesn't and charges at 8.9kw for a few hrs and then stops at 90%. My second issue is that with the new on Enel stopping all support for their app and juicebox charges I am having trouble setting up preferred charging times on my mach e. I was previously using the juiceboxes smart schedule so that it would start charging at 12am-7am. When I deactivated it tonight to see how I could operate my charger through the Fordpass app it has caused some issues. I have preferred times set on my ford app and in the car for 12am-7am, however after like an hr on the charger, the car started to take like a 2.4kw/hr charge. It seems to totally bypassing what I had setup on the car. I even tried clearing out my preferred times and it still seemed to bypass them. Any thoughts/help on either of my issues would be great.

Had the same exact problem starting about 2 weeks ago. I thought it was the Mach E, but after few troubleshooting sessions I thought it might be the juicebox. I called customer support on Monday, they made a vague reference to an issue they were having with utility supplied units. They said they would try a fix and send me an email when it was done. The only email I got was that they were bailing on US/Canada markets. Long story short, I have it plugged in now with my preferred times set on the Mach E and so far it hasn’t started charging yet and says it’s waiting till 1 am (my preferred time).
One thing I realized with the Juicebox is you can’t change settings on the car or the charger while it’s plugged in. So if you are setting the car instead of the charger, try unplugging the car, close the charge door and then plug it back in. Not sure if this helps, but good luck!

When you mean same issue, do you mean the reduce rate of charging or the fact that the mach e is ignoring the preferred times?

Yea, it did both of those things. It would ignore the charge times and then when I set the Juicbox to do the overnight charging, I got the same slow ramp up to full charge rate.
Last night I set the preferred time for charging and it didn’t charge, again. I have not heard of anyone else having this issue with preferred charging, so I think it has something to do with the Juicebox. I’m going to try the preferred time charging with my Ford mobile charger today to see what happens.
Also, here is what my Juicebox charged looked like:

Last night I tired to just use my preferred charge times on my car and it totally ignored it and didn’t even start charging. I just happen to wake up at 3 am and started it manually. Unfortunately that didn’t work and the car stopped like within a few minutes. When I woke up at 5am I forced the charge and it at least it charged for an hr and a half at 8 kw.
This is so frustrating. First the slow ramp up now juicebox leaving the business.

Have you found any solutions? Mine is still doing the same thing and I've had to just rely on the Juicebox app. I would much rather use the Mach E to set charge times, etc.

So I have now completely relied on the ford app to perform the charging and I would say it is at like a 95% success. I turned off scheduled charging on my juicebox and I let the car turn on the charging. When I reset my charging times in my car and then reconnect it, it seems to be working fine. I have checked my history on the juicebox to look at the rates of charging and it as been going at a constant 8.5kw/h.

So I have a quick update. I talked to my utility and convinced them to get me a new Juicebox and all the issues I had are solved. I can’t sync it with the Enel X Way app, but the Mach E functions all work again. So, it was definitely just a bad charger.

I've only used my juicebox in dumb mode and rely on fordpass/sync 4 for settings. So haven't had any issues with it in that status. I never really could get the enel app to work.
