Looking for good service center in Atlanta

We bought our MME at Hennessy Ford. I made an appointment there for our first service and to get the rear hatch not opening all the way issue fixed. They called this morning to make sure I understood they would not be able to look at the hatch issue for about 7 days. I said ok, reschedule my appointment for when you can look at it. They said "That's not the way it works. The car has to be here, in the queu, for us to look at it."
For 7 days! I cancelled my appointment.

Anyone had a good experience at other dealerships in the metro Atlanta area?

Not in Metro Atlanta, but Akins Ford in Winder, GA. I went there for my windshield recall. I went there after I couldn't find a dealer that spoke Mach E. I bitched to FoMoCo and they told me to go to Akins. Appointment over the phone, loaner waiting, very helpful staff and quick turnaround.

I use Jim Tidwell in Kennesaw and they have been very good and pricing has been what I expected for all service and recalls. I have a 2021 MME GTPE and a 2023 Maverick Lariat.

I recommend Alan Vigil Ford in Morrow. They treated me very well when I couldn’t find a dealer south of Atlanta able to accomplish the HVJB recall in a timely fashion. They did it in a little over a day and provided a loaner to boot. Very professional operation.

I just called Allan Vigil Ford service department and they said their electrical department is shut down. I asked "Permanently?" and she said she didn't know.

There are surprisingly few Atlanta dealer maintenance reports in the Southeast forum. Hopefully that means that our Mach-Es don't break down in our moderate climate.

Having said that, one poster in that forum said AutoNation Ford on Cobb Parkway did a good job for them, including replacing their contactor. There has also been at least one good report about Angela Krause Ford in Alpharetta, although it was posted years ago. I'll probably try them out if I need service since they are closer to me. Good luck!

That was me. AutoNation was bought out and I had problems with the new service department. I changed to Jim Tidwell off Barrett Parkway in Kennesaw and have been very happy with their service.
