Hi,
Here's a tl;dr for those that want the problem without the story. I'm unable to set a target charge at home ... it does not show my home as a possible location despite having charged here many times.
Longer story: I got the 24 Premium AWD in November. As a car it has been great! As a computer on wheels, eh! Two weeks ago the car "stopped talking". No WiFi, no cell. Ford Pass app could not do anything (unlock, climate, etc), nor could it report accurate data. In the car I noted the Wifi refresh was always empty, didn't show my site or any other in the area.
I'm a software engineer, and I recognize that the radio stack has failed. Reboot! Unfortunately, that didn't help.
I'm a software engineer that dabbles in hardware, so power cycle it is! THAT brought the car back to communicating. PaaK, charging info, everything is working as it should, EXCEPT as reported my home is never listed as a charging location.
I also charge at work, and that location popped up right after the first charge there. It is the only location that shows, and if I press Add I get the message that I have to charge somewhere for it to show.
Any ideas?
Thanks!
