That's exactly what I did after I experienced the same issue you described. For me it was when FordPass switched from V4 to V5. So at least anecdotally, I think the cause was somehow related to the app?Update: I deleted the charging history in the mme and did a charge on my home charger and it came up as target charge 80%. Yeah, “Start” is poor wording for what used to say “Charge to 100%” and was meant for forcing a charge outside of your normally set charge window. Ford simplified the wording so much that it communicates as well as interpretive dance ?I have also noticed the app does not always reflect charging activity accurately. For example, after entering the charging window, the app does not always display active charging.
