I understand that it is not active on 2021 and early 2022 models. Something to do with the 2022/2023 used for the regulatory approval. I guess ford may get the 2021s approved once data is obtained from the US rollout, but who knows…

2024. It was live when delivered in November 2024. I can't check version at the moment as in body shop for a new door after being reversed into. There is no overtaking support in the UK only Motorway handsfree cruise control and lane entering really,

I have had Bluecruise on my 2023.5 Mach E and use it fairly regularly. I enable the Blue Cruise Subscription as and when I need it, but it is active at the moment.

I don't know if there is a way in the vehicle/menu to find our what BC Version you are currently running. I feel like it is 1.2 though.

Being the UK, it is not regulated for any form of BlueCruise Overtaking. Although I do hear that the latest 2025 model will be available in the UK with Automatic Overtaking approved?

I have it still until end of April as free year subscription. I’m not sure if I will renew. Although I find it very good on long journeys from Andover to Bristol then up to the Lakes without the overtaking & line change is not that much better than Adaptive Cruise Control. If I do renew it will be like I treat Tesla membership stop & start for the months when I know it will be used.

I used BC when I had the free trial on a few runs down to Heathrow. My opinion was that BC in the UK offered very little more than adaptive cruise with lane assistance. You would really need to be using it on an almost daily basis for it to be worth anywhere near the monthly sub ford want. And even then I’m not so sure.

New to the BC party but my early 2021 just received BC v1.1 today so have subscribed as I’m a bit of an ad man’s dream?

I’ll see how it goes, have every intention ATM to pay for the service once the complimentary 3-month period is up.

Got BlueCruise 1.1E on my 2021 AWD ER today and activated the 90 day trial. Took an impromptu 50 mile journey up the M58/M6 and back to test it. Works fantastic, only one disconnection in 50 miles! Love the way it repositions in lane while overtaking, or being overtaken by, trucks. Will definitely subscribe as I regularly travel to the lakes and back and have a few road trips around the UK planned this year. Should be good for Europe next year too. Loving it already. ?
