App and car percent are not the same

My app is not syncing with my car and the percentage is not updating in the app. I tried checking the connectivity setting in the car. And it doesn’t bring anything up when I select it. Anyone have any tips??

I've tried the fuse trick, didn't work.

save yourself the trouble. disconnect the 12v for 30seconds and reconnect.
