Mach e-2021 Blue Cruise 1.3 Update Unsuccessful Car Cannot Be Driven

Went to start my car today and got this message “update unsuccessful. Car can’t be driven...” (see photos for more info). Has anyone else experienced this problem with the blue cruise 1.3 update?

Note: Already taking my car to the shop this week.

Yes, this has happened before. It is not common, but you're for sure not the first vehicle it happens to.

Do you know how the issues was resloved? Technican is still having complications getting OTA software to download successfully.

The get the vehicle out of inhibit mode is very easy. If they are having issues installing the update that failed to begin with, that is another story. I would need the VIN to see if I can see what's going on. If you decide to share, please message it to me and do not post it here.

Got the same message end of march. No new update since. I Still run with Blue cruise 1.0. Someone else got that update message and finally got 1.3 version installed?
