Change Dealerships...would be my solution
Would be my solution too if it was possible. If I was just walking in to buy directly from them, I'd turn around and walk. However I ordered day 1 and can't switch dealers now without abandoning my FE. That's not going to happen.

This is a list of available rebates and programs available to California Mach e purchasers. You may qualify for some or all of the incentives below. Dealer participation is required on some. Some of the rebates are “income dependent”. Be sure to check with your dealer to make sure they are supporting the major ones. I did not add the federal tax credit, ($7500) since everyone who purchases, (not leased), will get that credit.

They are:

1) Ford Options financing
2) X-Plan (Mustang Club of America membership for 60 day and you get X-Plan.
3) California Rebate at POS, (point of sale)
4) Additional California rebate or grant program support, (California Clean Fuel Reward, California Clean Vehicle Rebate Project, Clean vehicle Assistance program).
5) No ADM
6) Ford Pass Points, (they can be converted into the down payment)
7) Active Driver Assist ($100 credit for pre-signing up for ADA)
#3 is not at POS - you can apply for it only after you bought a vehicle (unless you are in San Diego - then you can be pre-approved before the buying).

In regards to the clean vehicle rebate, if it is this link below... I noticed that the participating dealer list has shrunk significantly since December. I was double-checking to see if my dealer was still on the list and they are not, after seeing them on the list last year. Did they change the rules so that only the San Diego area can get this rebate?

This is the list for the CVRP not the Clean Fuel Reward Program

I don't think so- I believe this is the program that replaced the PG & E rebate- I believe it's point of sale as long as you use a participating dealer.

Que paso #5 "No ADM"?
"After Dealer Mark-up" (raising the car above MSRP) it's not really a california thing...most dealerships national wide committed

So what you're saying is you can't switch delivery of your vehicle to a different dealership after the official order is created? I haven't researched this or called Ford to see if this is possible? Cause my dealership seems slow to register too...
What have you heard?
My best,
Ray

I've heard that once the dealer accepts the order, it is forever you and them (I actually originally switched dealers before the order was accepted because my first dealer wouldn't agree to xplan pricing). If you want to switch dealers after it has been accepted, you need to cancel the order and make a new one.

If I use the link listed for #3, it asks for documents and info to be submitted - yes, I could see a dealer does all those things, but I have hard time imagining them doing that - maybe I am mistaken. I will send an email and ask my dealer - though, again, the site clearly asks to submit documents after I bough a vehicle.

@MurphyDog is correct. Cant switch - at least there are no known easy ways to do this at this stage (ie car on the way). Even back in the reservation to order conversion stage in June/July 2020 - one could switch by calling Ford but even that was a hassle. Once the order is scheduled there is no means to just tell Ford to switch dealers. That is why some of us have opted to forego their spot in the line to switch to a new dealer and start new orders.

I am not clear on number 7? Pre-signing up for ADA? What does that entail?

How do I find incentives in Washington State? From what I see there is only the sales tax one and it must be valued at less than $45k
