If the OTA keep failing and if you don't want to buy a battery charger or remove panels, you can use these methods:
Thread 'How To Get Failed OTAs To Install'
10.2.0 is a powertrain update, so it's more picky about the 12V battery being mostly charged (generally >85%) before it will successfully install. I recommend you schedule a time (e.g. 1 AM), leave the car unplugged, and don't hit "Update Now", let it try to automatically install first. The 12V battery will precharge with a scheduled install, which solves that problem unless you have very outdated software which doesn’t support it. If the automatic install at 1AM fails or doesn't occur, then follow my guide to install it manually when it pops up again (usually the next day).
Please note, if you jump in the car after it's been sitting and immediately try to install it, it will probably fail because you need to give the 12V battery time to charge up.
