Gave ole Beaut-E a bath today and she sure does shine. Her coat is glossy. BUT has anyone noticed the number and depth of the crevices, nooks and crannies this pony has. There are more places for water and dirt to hide on this horse than on a wrinkled up bulldog. I use a pressure washer and blow dry but still the water just keeps flowing out after you thought you were finished. I use a pressure washer with soap pistol and a leaf blower to dry her. She sure is fun to ride though!

The lift gate is the worst, it retains water for days! It makes me worried about getting the car washed in the winter. That the water will freeze in those crevasse and then expand and crack something.

I’ve found that if I leave the liftgate open while drying most of the water will run out. Then I’ll take it for a drive in unbridled and floor it. Usually more water squirts out from the top of the rear window.

Had not thought about the freezing angle as I live in southern Tennessee...but I can see that happening!
