Did you had to activate the lane change assist using Forscan or was the option available following an update via FDRS/OTA as for the lane change assist I understand that the hand has to touch the wheel (in Europe) for the move to happens. Don’t know if it’s regulation based or a missing option...

What I have been able to see is that the main screen is much faster to react. Before when I wanted to deactivate / activate the lane change assist, to be able to go to the menu it was taking at least 3-4 secs to display while now it’s 1.

The girl from customer support ford told me once that activating/deactivating might trigger the call to internet and check if there are any pending updates (faster than just waiting it magically arrives). Now ofc have no way to validate this …

Hi If the garage has updated all the modules that required an update using FDRS, does that mean those updated modules no longer need to be updated via OTA? I mean, are OTA updates only pushed to modules that haven’t already been updated during a garage visit (via FDRS)? I had all mine updated...

i have a charging issue every single time my car has charged 100%. no matter home, work, public.. but it's reported by Fordpass only, and it was supposed to be fixed in a previous release of the app (4.2 something). We are at 5.19 now and it's still appearing for me.

@Ford Motor Company I have received this information from the support line in Belgium … It says : that my car has bluecruise 1.1 … while built October 2023 and so shipped with 1.3. Which i find a bit weird. They also say that lane change is not available in Europe due to some government...

Don’t think it’s a problem that can be fixed by reset the sync. I made the trick to reset several time since I have the car for something else. It might be as said earlier something related with the country operator

so I guess this is indeed the « authorities » mention … because on the map on the right nothing and then on the little screen same place for four months .
