Ok. I have never seen a warning like that on the driver’s screen here in the US. Not sure how to fix that. Don’t remember - have you tried the Sync reset procedure? Volume down and forward track button simultaneously until the large screen goes black and restarts? If that doesn’t work, I would say it’s a uniquely Euro issue.
