Ok. I have never seen a warning like that on the driver’s screen here in the US. Not sure how to fix that. Don’t remember - have you tried the Sync reset procedure? Volume down and forward track button simultaneously until the large screen goes black and restarts? If that doesn’t work, I would say it’s a uniquely Euro issue.

Don’t think it’s a problem that can be fixed by reset the sync. I made the trick to reset several time since I have the car for something else.
It might be as said earlier something related with the country operator
