I've been trying to get past "No Connected Services" for 3 weeks now. Spent hours with Ford support and no resolution. I've tried just about everything I've seen on the forum to resolve as well. I have a case open since last week - haven't heard back yet.

Neither browser works for me. Been trying for two weeks. Cleared cache over and over. Got the NAV system option once and even that went away. Always says NO CONNECTED SERVICES.

Its a setting on your IPhone - on the Bluetooth option for you Mach-e. I think its Show Notifications.

I got the "service vehicle soon" message today too. I noticed while sitting in the car when it was plugged into my L2 charger. I was doing some setup stuff with the car started and sometimes not started.

No one from dealership comes along for the ride and they claim to disinfect everything before and after.

Well I finally found the option! It shows up on what I believe is the profile screen(?) to select its the Bluetooth menu option. (In this pic next to the owners manual.)

It's probably right in front of me on the SYNC screen - but I'm missing it ..... Is there an option to stream Bluetooth audio? The online manual says there should be an audio option at the top of the Radio menu to choose sources. I cannot seem to find this one. I am able to stream using CarPlay...

Hybrid2bev your help was invaluable. Had you not posted this info earlier in the forum, I would probably still be at the dealer. I should have mentioned in my post that I showed them this to get them started.

I asked my dealer about Options ahead of time as others have had issues. When I went in to pick my Mach-E up yesterday, neither the sales manager or the Finance Manager was aware. All in all I spent about 5.5 hours at the dealer while they learned. I was their first Mach-E customer. Not really...
