My 0-60 has significantly dropped several months back and I am lucky to do it in 4.2. Anyone else having similar issues with any recent updates?

SOC/outside temp/prison bars in power gauge? My brain/butt stopwatch usually see's my 0-60 in about 3.7-4.0 in real world conditions on a consistent basis. (I also just use the song/music im listening to as my unofficial timer) Launching my GTPE can be challenging though because its likes to slip the rear tires on foot-to-the-floor takeoffs.

Traction issues, outside temps, state of charge, how are you timing it?

We need more info.

We are fastest in warm temps with full charge on a street with good traction.

Gotta eliminate some variables before we can determine a cause.

But in answer to the question about “after an update,” no. As far as we know there has never been a secret power reducing update. If anything we are waiting on the announced power increase update coming at some point.

At 50% SOC I'm able to pull 3.7 w/ draggy while spinning the front.

Precondition the pack for DCFC first to get fastest times. Pack has to be warm enough to get full power.

25°C at 90% would be my target for 0-60 times.

Yeah it’s been warm here, 80-90s, flat ground same environment. Have been very happy with my car up until recently. Actual times were consistently 3.2-3.3 when fully charged and 3.5s after several runs. Now it seems it’s stuck on Unbridled Extended because full throttle also now goes 7-8 seconds but those times aren’t consistent either. I think I probably just need to take it in to get looked at.

No one (even at the drag strip) has seen 3.2.

I’ll ask again, how are you timing it?

Also, no one gets full power more than 72 mph (5 seconds), so I doubt you are getting 7-8 seconds.

Please post a video.

Haha! Well sounds like I need to take the car in because I am getting “Full” power for that long but it’s not nearly what it was before. Obviously no video because it’s slow now so there’s nothing to show. By the replies and my other problems and inconsistencies with the car it sounds like I have a unique problematic issue if you want to call it that. Originally a good problem to have because my charge rates were phenomenal too but they are crap now so who knows. Overall, It has too many electronic gremlins to count so I didn’t want to bring it back in if this was a universal issue. The first year I had it in the shop several times for things they couldn’t find out, plus it was dead and had to be towed three times when it was on the charger all night. I’ll bring it back in again and see if they know what’s wrong with it.

The whole point of the video is to show how “slow” it is.

We also could watch the power meter to see if you truly are getting no grey bars for longer than 72 mph or 5 seconds.

But if you are seeing reduced power, it would take longer to hit 72 mph, so that could line up.

Either way, it would help significantly with diagnosis. It’ll also help you when you go to the dealership to show them what’s happening that way they don’t have to spend as much time recreating the issue.

I’m not saying it’s impossible, but I do think that’s more likely a psychological bias. Having a HVJB replaced would not meaningfully impact your acceleration. Having a damaged HVJB would, tho. But you would be currently throwing codes.
