I may have missed it, but how does one tell what version you are on if all you see under "System Updates" is "Your system is up-to-date." with no additional information?

When I look at the About SYNC screen I see:

SYNC 4 Software Version: 21180_PRODUCT
Revision: 176

Is there any correlation between the SYNC 4 version and the FordPower-Up Version or are they distinct version numbers?

I received my GT in early October.

GT's are coming from the factory with a newer version than 1.7.1 includes. Its newer by about a week.

Thanks for the info. I assume once I actually receive an OTA in the future that the version will then be displayed in the System Updates screen.

Not quite, It will show for a while after you receive an update the notes of the last update it processed. If that gets cleared somehow, it will just go back to saying you're up to date, and there is no where in the car to see what the last version you got was. 1.7.1 doesn't correspond to any versions of software in the car. Just the name of the OTA deployment.

Got the 1.7.1 update last Wednesday. Forgot to change my vote until now.

Just saw 1.7.1 came to me overnight. I am not in either program. Just updated my vote.

Hopefully that means the floodgates are about to open with distribution. Fingers crossed for everyone!

I finally saw the 1.7.1 update this morning but nothing new appears. The Sync version shows "---" right now so the update must still be in process.

The last OTA I received was 1.4, until four days ago. I've updated all my modules manually via FDRS starting 10/15, and then I got 1.6 two days ago and 1.7.1 today. I suspect the two (me updating and getting the OTAs) are not related, but I think it is interesting that I got back-to-back OTAs over a few days.

Happy to see 1.7.1 download took place while car parked outside at work on Thursday this past week. The Note and tic tac toe feature put a smile on my face. Sure it's silly but why not.
