You guys are all making me jealous.. My Dec 22nd build (Prem AWD SR) is STILL in Mexico at the plant and not yet shipped as of this morning..

I sound like a broken record. Me Too. (Premium AWD SR) Still in production. Dealer Confirmed. No details on what "part" is missing. He was told it was missing a part. My hope is battery and that it will be one with a LFP chemistry since the LFP is going to go in SR versions. I won't hold my breath though. I do find it interesting that the majority of 23's on dealers lots around here are SR like they were clearing out the battery inventory.

They are still doing ADM around here and getting it for the most part.

Don't feel bad, my 12/5 build was built on 12/22.

Last update: shipped 12/24 in Mexico.

Ford Chat said it's in KC, MO.

Dealer says Mexico.

This is absolutely nuts!

This Mexico to US is not good - might end up walking if the car is not here by March when IRS rules on the battery credit.

BTW: My '22 Lightning which I ordered the same week as a '22 MME, took 3 months and got delivery in July 2022.

10 months, 4 delivery ETA slipped, and still counting..

I know I am a little behind, I ordered closer to the end of October '22, but I was hoping to see what is the last date where someone has had their MME in production. Am I close or is it FAR FAR AWAY?

I hope Ford is dipping into these build threads. I don't blame y'all for thinking about walking. On the positive, the Select has excellent build quality and hit a goldilocks time (price break and rebate) but just went to the Philly Car Show and there were a ton of the crossovers coming out. The Nissan Ariya in particular at 40k-ish, is in a great place. They need to figure out the pricing on these fast.

@Sundar If you're in California, you may have a better order to delivery timeframe but for the Northeast it was August to February for me. (5 months-ish.) Not awful, but check out the pinned stats thread and check the no ADM dealer list.

Anyone who does take delivery, recheck your invoice, they didn't take my deposit off so need to get that fixed.

Did you get an email from Ford with your VIN ?
Does your online Ford webpage show it's been accepted by dealer, build week/production date ?

I have the Official ordered date, and the order accepted date, but no dates beyond that. I was wondering when I could expect to hear, or as I said, a method to the madness of schedule for production.
Btw, what is ROVP/COVP?

I just spoke to my dealer. He said that he "can't believe that it's still in Mexico after 7 weeks" and has had this happen before where a car that shows that it never moved "magically" just shows up at the dealership. he said that some cars fall through the cracks.
Honestly? I think he's full of s**t, but who knows....

The production is paused to make updates to the Plant. Once it starts yours MME might get fully build.

Thats crazy. Mine left Mexico January 9th and should be here any day. I wouldn't be surprised if someone just hasn't updated the information. Remeber when you call or text with people the information is only valid from the day it was updated.

So my dealer sends me their screenshot and it's last update was 12/24.

Btw, what is ROVP/COVP?

ROVP is retail order verification program and COVP is customer order verification program.

The date entered is the official date stamp Ford uses for price protection, incentives, PCO, etc.

If you have not received an email from Ford with a VIN number at the bottom, then it's not scheduled for production.

Once you get the VIN email, you are locked in and Ford will start the build.

Mine was delivered to the dealer yesterday, picking up Monday. Was shipped on 1-9-23, took exactly 1 month.
