12/19/22 Build Week

Yup..
Still on production.. ?

I think it's built - the updates are not very accurate IMO.

When my Lightning was in "production", it was actually built and about to go on the rail cars.

When my dealer said the last update on mine was 12/22, I knew that was wrong...

GETTING CLOSER..
My ability to see location was removed, but the car is clearly on the move - it was driven 4 times today, most recently at 8:49pm.
Almost a year of waiting...
With my luck, it will take 2 months to be delivered!

UPDATE!
My car was driven again this afternoon & now I am able to see it on the map!
It is in the parking lot right next to the rail cars - SEE BELOW!
I might even have this car by May!

Still showing "In Production", but hopefully that will change by Monday..

I activated my Ford Pass.
Despite the fact that my "vehicle location" is disabled, I can still go to "Vehicle" / Status / Charging / My EV Driving.
In fact, checking just now, it was driven twice more last night as shown below..
I pretty sure I'm on the train or very close..

Holy crap!
I have heard that West Coast deliveries take longer.
I know someone that had a shipped date of 12/22 and the car was at the dealer on Jan 26th in NY.
Im hoping for the same (although as of right now I'm still "in production")

The car was driven another .4 miles today & I'm still showing "In Production"
I'm convinced that they are just using my car for coffee runs at this point..

Happy anniversary to me. One year ago today I placed an order for a '22 Select with the comfort and technology package, since converted to a '23 Premium. Today, supposedly shipped and due for delivery 4/6-4/19, according to FordPass, it sits at the plant in Mexico. Luckily a month after I ordered I found a '21 Select with C&T at a dealer in Michigan who would sell it at the Z Plan price. I kept the order, so I could decide to keep it or leave it later, but I'd like to have the Premium's roof, passenger seat, and now, upgraded contactors. Of course my Select does have active park assist (which I've never used) and kick to open hatch, which I use a lot. With that and the tax credit status I still haven't decided to keep the order if it ever arrives.
