3 months is likely how long it took your dealer to upload a service report, then Ford to send it to the marketing team to send you a reminder to fish for service work.Today I got a notice in my FordPass that a service technician determine my 12 volt battery is low. The last time I was at the dealer was for my HVBJB replace in early February. 3 months ago

Does it mean your battery is bad? Probably not. If it was truly bad, and they tested it, they’d have replaced it under warranty.
Every time you go to the dealer, they’ll tell you you need new windshield wipers, tires and brakes……… when you have 20,000 miles left on those things.
But I would still call the dealer and have them order you a new battery under warranty. Because….. why not?
