I have spent considerable time trying to setup this CarPlay and electric vehicle routing in Maps recently, with absolutely no luck. I have used that guide and cannot set up the EV routing.

I have latest FP and iPhone is up to date. Has anyone had success? Tips beyond the Apple instructions, please??
It’s not actually working yet. I’ve never seen it work, on any vehicle, not sure what’s going on with this feature. Seems to be an Apple thing as BMW was supposed to have it working too, but I haven’t seen that either.

I got the Low EV Battery warning this morning when the car was charged to 89%. Does the cold affect this and cause it to give a false reading? It's 30ĀŗF in Austin today.

Yeah it’s a false notification from Apple Maps for some reason

My wife works for Apple and also has come to realize this feature is basically nonexistent at the moment after hearing from lots of others, not sure if I’ve ever seen it work on any vehicle.

I think the Apple Maps notification is a bug, just not sure yet which app is the source.

Nearly every morning for the at least the last week, I've received the notification the min I exit my vehicle and Ford Pass locks my vehicle (pushing the walk away lock notification). My vehicle is at 77% and if I open Apple Maps, go to the vehicle, it shows I'm at 77%.

I suspect FordPass is the culprit, but that's mostly because of all the other bugs with FordPass. FordPass main page says 49% while the vehicle page reflects 76%

there's a bug in the latest FordPass that doesn't update the main page. The correct info is on the vehicle page
