2021 BC1.3 update

Took my 21 MachE in for the HVJB recall last week, and found that they also updated the software to BlueCruise 1.3.

I would suspect that the updates they may have applied after the repair was done probably just opened the gates for that update. I'm not sure that's one they can actually apply manually. Regardless, a nice bonus, I'm sure.

After receiving the update last night, I have seen zero difference in my BlueCruise performance. As I have a 2021 MME, I suspect this is a placating attempt by Ford.

I let my three year Blue Cruise trial expire last Oct as I didn't want to pay the fee until I had 1.3. I received the update last night, but now Blue Cruise is not an option at all on the connected services page, either in the FordPass app or on the website. C'mon Ford.

You should now have toggles in vehicle setting to turn on lane positioning and lane change assist. You have to turn them on uses those features.

Yes, that was done. what's the lane change assist supposed to look like? I don't see any difference.

If you signal while in hands-free, it should change lanes automatically.
