My 2021 hasn’t had heat in a few months. I removed the frunk beauty covers and noticed the electronics coolant tank is completely empty. While I don’t have a vacuum coolant filter, I did fill it and let it bleed a few trips. I’m reasonably confident that coolant can flow. However no heat to the cabin. The battery coolant tank is full. My guess: the heater may have burned out when the liquid went dry. The car has almost 75k miles on it. While Ford has several recommendations for the dealership to check the fluid levels, it’s absolutely necessary for the car to read these levels in instrumentation as covers keep the driver from seeing the levels. What do you think?

I’m shocked that there isn’t at least an idiot light for critical fluid levels.

There is for the windshield fluid reservoir. And likely the brake fluid too. So it does seem like an oversight if there isn't.
