I have had some good luck talking to the Ford.com chat. Once you get your vin number and order number its a lot easier talking to them than your dealer. Only once have i been told they cant help because its a Canadian order, but then i talk to another agent and its fine.

Make sure your calling Canadian Ford customer service they never said no to helping me. 1 (800) 565-3673.

No change for me, but my build date is scheduled for tomorrow! It appears that they have caught up with the backlog and is on schedule from what I am seeing in other threads. I batch to get through today and I should be good to go tomorrow!

Spoke to customer service and the agent verified my status is “order processing”. No movement for me. May 21 2022 order premiums AWD SR.

Fingers crossed for you! Mine was built today. The modules got lit up early this afternoon and I’m in build gang 6588. Sounds like others in that gang were also built today.

I was 399. Saw the modules get lit up late in the day of the 22nd with confirmation of awaiting shipment as of today. Now I wait for the long train ride north.

Fingers crossed. They seemed to have caught up and kept up with the batches for this week.
No date yet from Ford order tracking or ordertrack. Waiting on the dealer to get back on what’s currently reflected in the visibility report. I have seen dates for others in the build week and they’re seeing estimated dates either early or late August depending on their location.

Got built yesterday and modules today! Just waiting for ship notice. Wonder how long it will take to arrive in BC.
