Tbh this is when I expected it would go live (7 or 8 ET). Didn’t anticipate a midnight launch, but I’ve never tried to buy a car on launch day before ??‍

Same... My dealership saleswoman said yesterday they had nothing from Ford... All she had was "Late Aug"

I'd really be shocked if were not seeing anything till mid/late September now.... By then I'll be looking at more EVs... my local dealership for Hyundai is has my name down to look over the Ioniq5 ...

When the prices come out also for the Mach-E don't be sticker shocked for the same car... Good chance Ford will not do anything special that will counter balance that increase...

FWIW based on the Press Release over at the Ford Media Center the 2022 MY wasn’t released until Dec 17.

My dealer in Milwaukee said orders would open today. Was messaging with my sales person yesterday and he told me to come in to get the x-plan pricing. The manager also had sent me “Aug 25” earlier this month.

Maybe only in store sales? I mean I wouldn't be surprised by that... They don't want the site to crash.... That is def a BIG possibility, then at a later date they will open online sales?

I know I'm preaching to the choir but I'm frustrated. I went to my dealer at 9 am on the 15th (he had called me on the 8th to set up an appt). No order bank. He texts me every day with an update but he hadn't heard the 25th was a real date. I just want to know the price and get my order in so I can begin phase 2 of the great wait. I know you've all been through this so I shouldn't whine. But I am so excited to get this car! At least let me order it, Ford! ?

IDK if it's been live all along... but Ford.com Canada has live orders for the 22 still... IDK if anyone saw that... Also Canada was going live today for the 23 orders

If you notice this has the 25th but no options are out for the date.... Unsure what that really means... Maybe they will be out tomorrow or next week... I also found Ford Fleet Buildout the same info... The photo I posted was updated Aug 11 2022

Today is Aug. 25th. Another talked about date missed by Ford. Has anyone heard what is the next order target date for the Ford Mach E?

I woke up at 12:01 AT, ET, CT, MT and PT just incase. And nothing. I feel like Charlie Brown, "I got a rock".

Or is it just not yet? Maybe 9am est when dealerships open? IDK... But I have a feeling it's def not going to happen to today or anytime soon to be honest, there were 2 days the 15th and the 25th both passed and nothing so far..

1) Nothing with Ford goes live at midnight, or 7AM, or ...

2) They've had a "notify me" signup for a long time...

3) MY2022 release that was found was for PRODUCTION, not ordering.

4) Site is not going to crash.

5) It's not "launch day". There won't be any great surge. People think the Mach-E is the F-150L or the Bronco. No, it's not.

6) There is no such thing as ordering "x-plan pricing". You make sure the dealer accepts X-Plan, and you order. At time of delivery you bring in your X-Plan PIN.

@RickMachE So what is the process then? Someone at Ford corporate just clicks the green button so the site goes live at a random point in the day? On whatever day it actually happens?

Is the website independent from dealer’s ability to order? Should we bother reaching out to our dealers or just wait for the web to update before reaching out?
