2024 - Charging Cable Bag?

Maybe it changed at some point during the 24 model year. We checked 4 and none them had a bag. Premium and GT didn’t look at any select.

Honestly, if your car didn’t come with the $500 option (I.e. the dealer didn’t option the car with one of you are buying off the lot), you are better off buying a different EVSE. The Ford Mobile Charger (FMC) is known to be problematic, especially in hot environments. That’s part of why I got a Brand T Mobile Connector. ??

The car came with it (on the sticker) and I have a Chsrgepoint at home. I just want a bag to keep it organized, doubt I’ll ever use it unless it’s an emergency.

Understood. Just go find a 12.25” square x 3.25” bag then. Sucks that they sell you a $500 item and it doesn’t come with a storage solution any more. Looks like the Department of Product Cheapening is at it again. ?‍?

I'm in the same boat. Just got my 24 GT on Wednesday, noticed the lack of bag on Thursday. I was going to leave it in the bubble wrap, but good point about seeing if it works.

I moved all the charging stuff to the frunk. I have 3 adapters, a 20’ J1772 extension cable and the factory charger. I don’t carry all of them all the time but for trips it’s helpful.

I have a unique situation. Late June bought a Mach e and came with charging bag. in early July, I was rear ended and totaled car. Bought another Mach E mid September and did not come with bag. In both instances, everything was factory wrapped.
