2025 Mach E premium lease 36 month

Our daughter is graduating college and as a present we were going to do a lease for her. We have decided on a mock E premium. The best deal I’m seeing is 1500 down 450 a month 12 K for miles. Does that seem solid? 35 years will be my first lease. MSRP 48K

If you were to finance the car, would you pay less in three years, and would you be able to sell it at the end for what you owe?

Based on resale value, seems like a good deal to me.

It's usually not advisable to put money down on a lease. If something happens to the car early in the lease, that money is lost. You need to understand total cap cost reduction, money factor (APR), and dealer fees, to determine what kind of deal you are getting.

Assuming she is over 18, doing a lease WITH her is fine. Doing a lease FOR her is a straw purchase and is fraud.

On the surface a monthly payment of approx 1% of MSRP is a solid deal these days. But the only way to find out is to shop the deal around with a few other dealers. They (dealers), not us are the only ones who know what’s good and what’s not. Also, what I personally consider “good” is when the salesperson makes a “mini”.
