Mine just failed this update and told me to take the vehicle in for service. Bluecruise has been broken for months.
My 2022 GT failed too. 1st update attempt failed due to an interruption by another process. 2nd update attempt gave the following messages:

Car says "Ford will make a new update available as soon as possible."

App says "Contact a dealer as soon as possible to have the vehicle checked."

I haven't driven the car yet to test anything. I always use the "Update Now" feature immediately after a ~30 minute drive and this is my first update issue.

Edit: The "Update Now" button is now greyed out.

I did some searching and maybe the "Ford will make a new update available as soon as possible" message means I had something go wrong with the download (corrupt file or something). So I just have to wait for it to get pushed to my car a second time. I saw one person say it took three weeks once they were in the back of the line. Better than a trip to the dealer I guess...

Mine just failed and BC still not working When I took mine in two months ago I'm guessing they tried installing then Service told me it fixes some but mine needs a driver camera module that is back ordered I was hoping they figured out a way around replacing module

Check out this thread if you have a failed update. There is a TSB and you can take the car to a dealer. You can check if your car is part of the TSB here before you take it in (you need VIN or model and year). Also, the TSB link does not work with FireFox for me.

Not the person you were replying to, but I did notice that I have that message now when I check for updates. I also had the failed CMR update over the weekend.

Yes, same as others are seeing. I’m going to annoyingly wait another 3k miles and have this fixed at my 20k service. Not worth going to the dealer twice for me.

Checking the TSB link in your post and entering my vin or entering my year and model number results in a “server error” response.

I did as well but noticed I wasn't logged into the ford account. Signed in and tried it again and it shows all my Technical Service Information.

Was signed in when I did this - so I tried signing out of my Ford account and then signing back in. Still got the server error response.

Blue Cruise is working fine.
You're the first person I've heard that got the OTA successfully and fixed their camera/BlueCruise. Great to hear!
