My 2022 GT failed too. 1st update attempt failed due to an interruption by another process. 2nd update attempt gave the following messages:Mine just failed this update and told me to take the vehicle in for service. Bluecruise has been broken for months.
Car says "Ford will make a new update available as soon as possible."
App says "Contact a dealer as soon as possible to have the vehicle checked."
I haven't driven the car yet to test anything. I always use the "Update Now" feature immediately after a ~30 minute drive and this is my first update issue.
Edit: The "Update Now" button is now greyed out.
