Your question is a bit vague but let me guess here, are you talking about the charger Ford provides with the Ford Power Promise?

It's been a bit of a mix. Most seem to get the Ford Charge Station Pro but I think some have received the Ford Connected Charge Station.

You mean the dual option charger included in the car. (120-240 volt)? That one requires a 4 prong dryer outlet. I ended up just using the 120 until the 80 amp pro-charger was installed. That was provided by Ford and installed by a Qmerit contractor.
