I thought that it was supposed to be installed by 2025...I wonder if it will not be done until the totla rebuild on the new platform for 2027.

Have tried that, and will try again.
I retract my incorrect suggestion. The upper portion of the IPC changes but not the lower "idiot light" section on the 24. Nevermind.......

However, the 24 manual states
Position J (lower left hand corner) Compass or ambient temperature.

I only see Composs headings there. I will keep a close eye on it next time I am driving.

Question for those of you have a 2025-Does it have a direct port for Tesla or do you still have to use an adapter???
Ford is on record in stating that the charge port (I assume that is what you mean by ā€œdirect portā€) will not change until Gen2 on the Mach-E. It makes zero difference to a lot of us who already own an MME, since a lot of us have investments in both L2 and DC adapters. When they do change the charge port it affects us in that our current adapters are useless and we will need to purchase at a minimum an L2 adapter, and probably a CCS1 DC adapter as well. šŸ¤”šŸ©

I was under the impression that it will have BOTH ports. As such theoretically no adapters will be needed.

Ford never stated that they would have both CCS-1 and Brand T charge ports. It will likely have have one or the other because of cost and complexity issues. I cannot see a reality in which the bean counters will allow two charge ports that are functionally identical plus circuitry to isolate one port when the opposite one is in use. šŸ¤”šŸ©

But seriously tho, I really do see it, and AFAIK it's always there...
Compass 2.webp
I’ll have to play around with it tomorrow, but I think the compass shows on the driver display if you aren’t using CarPlay or AA. Would that match your use case here ?

I use AA and it is always there for me, even in accessory mode. Wife drives in 2 pedal mode I drive in 1 pedal mode, it is always there. It is a mystery why it isn’t there for OP.
