Everything is all good. Tire rotation was paid from my points balance with new tires recommended in the next 5000 - 6000 miles. Lafayette Ford did their pick up and delivery service at no charge. I just left the car in my driveway unlocked with the key in the cupholder and drove to work in my spare car, an Aston Martin DB11 that looks exactly like a Kia Sportage
