Yeah I’ve gone through this before with some parts. They just don’t package certain parts well and there’s no way to inform them of that until the bean counters notice there were a ton of returns six months later. You can call people about it all day, but it doesn’t change anything because nobody has the authority to step in and order a change in packaging.
The passenger side window of my car just cracked into 3 parts. Waited weeks for it to be scheduled for it to get replaced. Was in 3 days this week and nothing done. The first box, right part number but driver side window in the box. 2 more over nights, two more boxes, two more driver sides windows in the passenger side box. Dealer noted he has tried to talk to a human about the problem but emails are the only way now a days.

Appears we have the high quality impact resistant ford glass in these. Just do not breath on them. Starting to get the impression ford is intentionally trying to deter EV adoption. That will not work here, sold on EV's now but not necessarily this manufacture.
