I just picked up my Mach e from the dealer yesterday and attempted to charge it overnight. When plugged into the car, the dashboard in the car recognizes it's plugged in but says the car is not charging. The blue light on the charger does not light up either. Any suggestions?

The previous owner might have set up a charging schedule; you'll need to dig into the settings and remove/reset the charging settings

You need to a step beyond resetting charge times and perform a "Master Reset" within your settings menu. By not doing a master reset you are leaving yourself vulnerable to leaving your vehicle open and accessible to anyone who has previously connected the car to fordpass.

I contacted Ford (battery and EV group) and they had me shut off the power at the disconnect in my house electrical panel which resolved the issue.

The LED indicator lights however are still not working on the 50amp Ford charger. If anyone has any suggestions would be appreciated.

This is a new vehicle and I'm the first owner. I contacted Ford and shut off the power at the disconnect in my electrical panel and the issue is now resolved and am able to charge the car. I still don't have any LED indicator lights on the Ford wallbox however - has anyone seen this before?

Check that you're receptacle is the correct one for the Ford charger. If the blue light is not on continuously when plugged in, something is wrong... If the charge schedule is not allowing charge, you should still see the lights light up when you plug the vehicle in, but there will be no blinking of the segments that indicate needed charge (e.g. 2 out of the 5 segments when car is at 60%).
