My MME GT is less than two weeks old and I get about 175-180 mi at 90% because of cold weather in the 20s F. I keep the car in the garage overnight, but at work I have to charge the car outside in the cold.
Ford recommends that, to extend range, you should rely more on the steering wheel and seats for heat instead of the fan. I started doing this lately, only occasionally turning the heat on for a few mins if needed, and it has stretched my range up to 190-200 at 90%. I imagine the car is learning about your energy habits and just coming up with a magic number to predict your remaining miles.
