I received my @A2ZEV adapter a couple of days ago and was not able to charge at 2 different Tesla SC locations. After the second on Sunday I emailed their customer support and got a reply shortly thereafter that same day. He asked me to try again and facetime him when I got to the SC station. I did and he walked me through the steps and voila' it connected and started charging.
Now that's what I call customer service.
BTW he did say that the first couple times one uses the adapter, getting it to seat sufficiently takes a bit of doing but that the process gets easier after the first few connections to the SC cable.
