I purchased the @twraps dual phone charger for my 2023 MME.

Fits perfectly and looks great!

I had an issue with the left side not working.

I contacted them through their website yesterday afternoon and they replied to me a few hours later. That’s pretty good in today’s world in my opinion.

I woke up this morning with a replacement order confirmation in my email =OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SUPPORT!

I highly recommend TWRAPS products and customer service.

That's great to hear! I've purchased a few items from them, including their wireless charge pad.

You just reminded me that I need to reach out to them for replacement B pillar PPF.

I just emailed @twraps at about 6:30pm ET to inquire about the option to purchase a replacement section of PPF for one of my B pillars that has curled at the bottom. Not expecting to even get a reply until sometime next week, within just a few minutes I get an order acknowledgement for a no-charge full B/C Pillar replacement kit! That was followed up with an email from Kenny confirming that the replacement order will ship out on Monday morning
