AC Related slight smell

2025 Mache premium. Arizona heat and AC useage seems to be causing a slight vinegar smell. Seems to go away once underway. But is noticed when first starting car and turning on AC or the fan. I changed the cabin filter but it’s still happening. Is this a possible coolant of Freon leak? Thanks in advance.
