Accurate trip planner???

Hello,
I am on to get a new Mustang Mach-e. I was very confident to choose the SR version, then I listen a podcast InsideEVs weekly podcast ep. 76, where Darren Palmer (Ford General Manager Electric vehicles) told, they are suffering with exact range calculation. Now I am bit confused. I am using evnavigation.com (fairly accurate), and according to their calculation I need the ER instead of SR. Someone could help me?

The SR is a 68 KWh battery and depending on driving style gets between 225 to 270 miles. The ER is an 88 KWh battery and gets about 60 to 75 miles additional range. If you have RWD only you will get better mileage over the AWD but less HP to ground for faster starts from zero.
